NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER INCREASE IN RATES

CENTRAL CLEAR CREEK SANITATION DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Clear Creek Valley Sanitation & Water District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Central Clear Creek Sanitation District may consider increasing the District’s sanitation fees and other charges, and establishing one or more new charges at an open public meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 2026 at 1401 Miner St Idaho Springs, CO 80452.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding any proposed increase/new charge. Information regarding any proposed increase/new charge may be obtained from the District Manager Carmen Doyle telephone number (303) 944-1913, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e. 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
